Return Policy

At Westmoor Manufacturing, we create stylish apparel that stands up to the longest days, while helping you look your best. We stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you aren’t satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please contact customer service at (682)-316-3877 or internet@panhandleww.com and we will work to solve the issue immediately.

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with the original tags still attached for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase.  After 45 days has passed, items can be returned for website credit up to 90 days from the date of purchase. 

If an item in your order was damaged or defective, please contact us at once to return the item and we will replace it at no cost.

We do not accept exchanges. 

Please Note:

We do not accept returns of any brand (Panhandle Western Wear, Rock & Roll Denim, or Rock & Roll Cowgirl) if items were purchased from third-party retailers (Cavender’s, Boot Barn, etc.). Please, instead, contact the retailer where the purchase was originally made for direct information on their return policy.  

Please note that for any returns, $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.

Returns for Registered Accounts:

  • Log-in using the “My Account” link on the top of the page
  • Navigate to “My Orders” on the “My Dashboard” page
  • Select the order, as well as, the items you would like to return
  • You will receive a Return Number via email

Returns for Guests and Gifts:

  • Please be Aware - You will need your Order Number, the last name of the person the order was billed to, and the email or Zip Code the order was billed to

  • Select the items you would like to return
  • You will receive a Return Number via email

Shipping Back Your Return:

  • Write the Return Number clearly on the outside of the package
  • You may request a shipping label from our customer service representatives or choose to ship the items back yourself using a carrier of your choice.  Please note that however we are not responsible for returns we do not receive.

Your return will be approved, and the reimbursement sent out, once your returned order has been received and the merchandise has been inspected. Please be aware that packages shipped to a different address, without the Return Number clearly on the outside of the package, or shipped Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused. We will notify you once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be credited. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any of the original shipping costs or handling charges on the initial order.
